Five Star Film Academy is a virtual training platform that pinpoints each player’s strengths and weaknesses, then creates a targeted development plan to fuel long-term success on the field.

How does filming work?

We do not capture the film ourselves. We rely on players to submit their own film whether it is taken by their school, coach, or parent.

Who can benefit?

Any athlete looking for a competitive edge will gain from our elite coaching sessions. Through benchmarking and advanced trend analysis, we track and quantify every step of progress made in our academy.

What technology is needed?

Filming is done by almost every high school and can be obtained through a coach or on a platform like Hudl. We accept any link to film, some examples include: Hudl, QwikCut, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. Once the film is received, a coach will reach out to schedule a virtual meeting time then review the graded film with the player showing progress to the player's goals and providing an action plan for development.

How many sessions are needed?

The length of our academy program is tailored to each player’s goals. While our coaches may recommend a certain duration to maximize development, players ultimately choose the pace and commitment that best fits their football journey.

What is the payment structure?

Five Star Film Academy must receive payment before a coach is assigned to the player. Sessions can be purchased individually or in a package at a discount.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but session length can vary based on amount of film to review, breakdown of analytics and development plan, as well as athlete engagement.
